It took forever to hear back from support, and when I did, it felt underwhelming. I kept feeling like I was being passed from one person to another without anyone really taking ownership of the issue. Overall, just a slow and frustrating experience.

The return ended up taking longer than I expected, and my refund still isn’t fully sorted out yet.

I ordered my scooter from soflow.com, the scooter itself feels okay. The build seems solid enough, it rides fine, and I haven’t had any major problems with how it works day to day.
The main issue for me is the range. I expected it to go farther based on what was advertised, but on normal roads with a few small hills, I’m getting noticeably less. It’s frustrating because I sometimes feel trapped planning every ride around whether I’ll actually make it back without the battery dropping too fast.
Maybe things like rider weight, weather, and roads make a difference, but I still wish the range info was more realistic. It’s not a bad scooter, just not quite what I thought I was getting. I’d give it 3 stars

The scooter itself is actually fun to ride — no real complaints there. But the app connection is... kind of frustrating. Some days Bluetooth drops out randomly, and other times it just won’t sync at all.

I’ve tried the usual stuff, restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, reconnecting everything. It’ll work for a little while, then the same issue comes back. For what it costs, I just expected it to be a lot more dependable

I needed a replacement charger and a brake part for my So Flow scooter and was able to find both on the site easily. Shipping wasn’t exactly speedy, but everything showed up in good condition and fit like it should. just being able to get the spare parts at all is a bit of a relief.

I bought this from So Flow, and I’ll admit I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first. But the product feels solid in hand and doesn’t come across as cheap or flimsy. It looks pretty much how I hoped it would, and so far it’s been working fine.

The materials feel decent, and the finish is clean with no weird marks, loose bits, or anything that made me question it right away. I’ve used it a few times now, and even though I was waiting for some little issue to pop up, it still feels reliable.

For the price, I can’t really complain. I was a bit hesitant ordering, but I have to say I’m happy with it overall. If the quality stays like this, I’d probably order again

It connects to my scooter quickly , shows the battery and ride details clearly enough , and I like that I can tweak the settings without digging around forever . I did have one little laggy moment once , but closing and reopening the app fixed it right away . Overall , I’m really happy with it .

The motor feels solid so far and it pulls okay on smaller hills. It’s not crazy fast, but the ride is smooth enough. That said, I do feel a little misled about the battery life because it drains faster than I expected. Overall it works fine, but I thought it would perform a bit better based on what I read

I’ve been riding my soflow scooter pretty much every day for the last few months, it still feels really solid. The frame doesn’t make weird rattly noises, the brakes still feel dependable, and somehow it’s dealt with a few rough paths better than I thought it would.
I’m definitely not babying it either, which probably says a lot. I use it for quick trips, random errands, and whatever else, and it’s just been holding up. It feels less like something that only looked good when it came out of the box and more like it was actually built to last.

My scooter battery started acting up after a few months, which was obviously not ideal, but I contacted SoFlow about the warranty and, surprisingly, they got back to me quickly. They asked for some photos and proof of purchase, which is fair enough, and then arranged a replacement without turning it into some endless back-and-forth. Shipping took a bit longer than I would’ve loved, but I guess that’s just how these things go. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled it.

I ordered from soflow i was a bit nervous about how the scooter would arrive. Then the box showed up looking perfectly fine, not crushed or beaten up at all, and I felt way better. Everything inside was packed really tightly, with no random pieces moving around. Unpacking it did take me a minute, which was slightly annoying, but at the same time I’d rather have that than find scratches everywhere. The scooter came out clean and in perfect shape, so yeah, happy in the end
